  • 75g     Sugar
  • 8g       Vanilla Sugar
  • 75g     Flour
  • 25g     Cornstarch
  • 1tsp    Baking Powder
  • 8g       Orange zest

Filling

  • 250ml Orange Juice
  • 50g     Sugar
  • 30g     Cornstarch
  • 2         Egg Whites
  • 5tbsp  Water
  • 2         Egg Yolks

Topping

  • 3         Oranges
  • 8g       Cake Icing
  • 250ml Apple Juice
