Shortbread No. 1
- 250g Flour
- 75g Sugar
- 175g Butter
180 °C - 20 min
Shortbread No. 2
- Melt 320g of butter and let it cool for 2h
- Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 150g of sugar
- Mix and add 500g of flour
- Use dough hooks to knead for 5 min
- Roll out the dough and poke it using a fork
- Bake for 30 min at 160 °C Fan
- Remove lightly browned shortbread out of the oven and cut it immediately
