Shortbread

Shortbread No. 1

  •  250g   Flour
  • 75g      Sugar
  • 175g    Butter

180 °C - 20 min 

Shortbread No. 2

  1. Melt 320g of butter and let it cool for 2h
  2. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 150g of sugar
  3. Mix and add 500g of flour
  4. Use dough hooks to knead for 5 min
  5. Roll out the dough and poke it using a fork
  6. Bake for 30 min at 160 °C Fan
  7. Remove lightly browned shortbread out of the oven and cut it immediately
