Ingredients

  • 150g       Flour
  • Pinch of Baking Powder
  • 100g       Sugar
  • 8g           Vanilla Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1             Egg
  • 100g       Butter

180 °C - 15 min

Filling

  • 1kg     Cherries
  • 100g   Sugar
  • 20g     Starch
  • Instead of Cherries use canned cherries (2*360g) without sugar

Topping

  • 150g   Flour
  • 100g   Sugar
  • 8g       Vanilla Sugar
  • 100g   Butter

160°C - 45 min
